Real Sociedad vs Real Madrid: Most controversial match we´ve watched

This match was very important for the both teams. Each one with his objectives. If Real Madrid won, he would come home being the first qualified in La Liga, after Barcelona´s draw in Seville, two days before. Different objectives for the Basque set who needed to win to continue in the fight of the UCL positions.

The match was played in Anoeta Sunday 21st of June at 22:00.

It started boring. Any of the two teams had occasions, but the first half ended in draw without goals. We note the attempts were not dangerous.

The second half was different. Real Madrid started having some good chances and in one of this, Vinicius provoked a penalty that scored Ramos. Few minutes later, it was cancelled a goal of Januzaj for Real Sociedad arguing Mikel Merino´s offside.  

Following, in the next play, Benzema scored the second goal for Real Madrid, but there was the feeling he had controlled the ball with his arm just before he shot. Finally, the goal wasn´t cancelled and Madrid was winning by 0-2.

In the lasts 10 minutes, the Basque team scored the 1-2, but finally they couldn´t put the draw in the scoreboard.

In a quick summary: lot of people think that the penalty to Vinicius wasn´t penalty, that Benzema controlled the ball with his arm and that the goal cancelled to Real Sociedad was legal.

This was the most controversial match of the week and even of the season.
